I have no idea how this worked but it did! I had the fun cold symptoms. Got out my guide chart to see if I had any oils to help with cold symptoms and one of them was Lemon! So I thought, why not try it?! I am miserable and my life is to busy to take anything that will make be drowsy. So…to my shock, it worked! I know I need to have a little more faith in essential oils! This is only the 3rd oil I have tried and am looking forward to trying more!

My oldest son works at a hay plant and everyday he comes home covered in green hay dust. The odor is quite pungent, but even worse when damp or wet. I’ve found that putting a couple of drops of lemon oil in the wash with his clothes, not only leaves them smelling fresh, but it also removes the smell from the air while I’m doing the laundry.
This simple oil is fantastic. I have never liked the taste of lemon in my water but when I learned this oil (cold pressed from the rind) would detox my body, I started using it.
